Les hôtels 4**** sont situés, pour la plupart, à l'extérieur de la ville d'Annecy (voir le plan de situation des hôtels www.lac-annecy.com ou annecy.org rubrique Préparer Annecy 2010/hébergement).

Transports annéciens
Un service payant de bus (Sibra, www.sibra.fr) ou de cars (Crolard, www.voyages-crolard.com) permet vos allers retours au coeur du Festival et du Mifa.

Une navette gratuite fait, chaque soir, le tour du lac avec arrêt à la demande. Départ à 23 h 00 en face de Bonlieu (arrêts navette).

Annecy transport
A local paying bus (Sibra, www.sibra.fr) and coach service (Crolard, www.voyages-crolard.com) will take you to and from your hotel to the Festival and Mifa sites.

A free shuttle service runs nightly, stopping (by request) around the lake. It departs at 11 pm from the shuttle stops, opposite Bonlieu.

1 - Réservations : Seules sont prises en considération les demandes de réservation accompagnées du montant des arrhes.
- Séjours de 4 nuits et plus (traités en priorité)
Les réservations sont satisfaites au centre-ville d'Annecy en priorité, en fonction de leur ordre de réception et dans la limite des chambres disponibles (sauf réservations tardives).
- Séjours inférieurs à 4 nuits
Ces séjours font l'objet de réservations en périphérie d'Annecy. Toutefois, une possibilité au centre-ville vous est offerte en cas de disponibilité de dernière minute. Les coordonnées de votre hôtel vous seront confirmées à compter du 15 mai 2010.

2 - Modifications et annulations pour tous les séjours
Il est possible de modifier votre réservation sans frais jusqu'au 20 avril 2010. Après cette date, la totalité des arrhes versées reste acquise, quelle que soit la durée du séjour.
En cas d'annulation avant le 20 avril 2010, les arrhes seront remboursées, déduction faite d'un montant de 25 € pour les frais de dossier. Après cette date, la totalité des arrhes reste acquise à l'hôtel.

3 - Réservations sur place
Annecy Congrès propose un service de réservation sur place au Centre Bonlieu du lundi 7 au vendredi 11 juin.

1 - Reservations: Only reservation requests accompanied by appropriate deposits will be taken into consideration.
- 4-night stays or longer (priority treatment)
All reservation requests will be processed in order of arrival and are subject to availability of accommodation firstly in the centre of Annecy (except in the case of late reservation).
- Stays of less than 4 nights
These stays will be reserved in hotels outside Annecy.
However, if a room in the town centre should become available at the last minute, it will be put up for reservation. The name of your hotel will be confirmed from 15 May 2010.

2 - Modifications and cancellations for all stays
Modifications can be made (free of charge) until 20 April 2010. After this date the deposit remains the property of the hotel, regardless of length of stay.
Cancellations made before 20 April 2010: your hotel deposit will be refunded after deduction of 25 € (administration costs). After this date the deposit remains the property of the hotel.

3 - Reservations on arrival
From Monday 7 to Friday 11 June, Annecy Congrès offers a last-minute hotel reservation service in the Bonlieu Centre.
