Madame Hérisson, also known as Janine du Semnoz, is the ganddaughter and daugther of a line of restauranteurs near Annecy. This where she was born, where she grew up and where she decided to stay ! She is a true savoyard, heart and soul, and invites you to share in the family cheer of her home situated between lake and moutains.
